whether BTECH through distance mode is eligible qualification for HAS.
HPPSC has not yet notified the HAS pre 2011 exam. There is no notification in their website so NO one knows when the exam will be held. This year the exam may or may not be held. Who knows what's in store? There has not been such a long delay by commission in the past.
If someone has any close links within the commission then they may directly ask the person or someone can file an RTI to get an answer from the commission. Thanks
